Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Flymadd Creative, operator of the One Dream Initiative app and website (collectively, the "Service"), collects, uses, stores, and shares information. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when you create or use an account, including your name, email address, username, and password. We also collect information you choose to add to your participant profile, such as a biography, phone number, contact email, social-media handles, website address, and uploaded photos or videos.
When you use support messaging, we collect the content of your messages and any image you attach. We maintain records of votes, purchases, withdrawal requests, payment references, and account activity to operate the initiative and prevent fraud.
For payments, Paystack processes card and other supported payment details. We do not store your full card number or card security code. When you choose a USDT payment, the transaction hash and public blockchain transaction details are processed to verify the payment. Public blockchain records are controlled by their respective networks and cannot generally be deleted or changed.
How We Use Information
- To create and secure accounts, provide participant profiles, voting, catalogue, rewards, withdrawals, and support.
- To process and verify payments, record votes, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes.
- To communicate about your account, payments, withdrawals, support requests, and changes to the Service.
- To maintain, improve, and protect the Service and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Public Profile Information
Participant names, usernames, vote totals, progress, and profile content may be visible to other users. Contact details are displayed publicly only when a participant turns on the setting to make those details public. Do not add information, images, or links that you do not want others to see.
Service Providers and Sharing
We share information with service providers that help run the Service: Supabase for application data storage, Cloudinary for media uploads when that feature is used, and Paystack for payment processing. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or the Service, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
Device Information and Permissions
The app stores your sign-in token and a limited account snapshot in encrypted device storage so that you can remain signed in. If you choose to attach or upload an image, the app accesses the images you select from your device library. The app does not use precise location, microphone, or camera permissions for its core features.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain account, transaction, and support information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing flymaddcreative@gmail.com from the email associated with your account. We may retain information where required or permitted by law, including transaction records and information needed to prevent fraud.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No online service or method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the Service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
